4. Payments & Subscriptions

Web Alpha Hosting operates on a $10/month subscription model.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Allow automatic monthly billing

  • Maintain an active, valid payment method

  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You may cancel anytime, and your service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Domains & Email Services

Your plan includes:

  • One domain (renewed annually as long as your subscription is active)

  • Up to 10 email accounts

Domain transfers may involve additional fees from registrars.
If your subscription lapses, your domain may not renew.

6. Website Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or publish.
By using our Services, you grant us permission to store, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the hosting service.

We do not claim ownership of your website or materials.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance

  • System upgrades

  • Unexpected outages

  • Third-party service issues

We are not liable for losses, revenue impact, or damages resulting from downtime.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Payment failures

  • Abuse of service

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Risk to server integrity or security

Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Web Alpha Hosting is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Damages caused by third-party plugins, themes, or software

  • Website hacking or user-caused misconfigurations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms
